Daniel Kraft is the President of The Kraft Group-International, a private holding company headquartered in Boston. The Kraft Group is comprised of companies in the forest products and packaging industries, sports and entertainment, and private equity investing. Dan also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of International Forest Products LLC, the world’s largest privately-owned forest products commodity trading company. IFP markets products to more than 100 countries worldwide. The company is annually ranked among the ten largest exporters in North America.
Upon graduation from Tufts University in 1987, Dan worked at TeleRep, one of the largest television station representatives in the country. In 1994, he joined the Kraft Sports Group as vice president of marketing, where he was responsible for all team and stadium sponsorship sales, broadcast rights, promotions, advertising and special events.
Dan earned a B.A. from Tufts University in 1987. He is a founding member of Team IMPACT, Trustee Emeritus at Tufts University, and serves on the board of directors for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He also serves on the executive board of the American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA). Dan is married with 3 children.
